Job Description
- Manage the process of Tender Invitations and full bid packages for contractors.
- Manage suppliers during tender to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- Study the contract documents of the project and develop full tender comparison reports.
- Negotiate with contractors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met.
- Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team.
- Issuance of Purchase order and drafting of contract agreements.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform suppliers sourcing, selection and development.
- Regularly train on company development programs.
Job Requirements
Education
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience
- 5-7 Years
PC Knowledge
- Microsoft Office – AutoCAD
Technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Ability to study Tender documents, deal with invoices & B.O.Q.
- Understanding of building construction specification sheets & alternative materials.
