Job Description
Professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting
- Customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, incl. adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio
- On-site customer education at his/her Siemens systems; incl. turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications
- Sales Support, e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies
- Maintain highest customer satisfaction
- Perform all responsibilities as cost effectively as possible, taking profitability into account
- Maintain and update all forms of technical documentation issued to the job holder.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest possible standards.
Job Requirements
- Graduation from Faculty of Science or Pharmacy or Medicine from reputable University or college
- 5y or more experience in similar function within the laboratory field
- Must holding a valid Driving license while having own car is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills
- high IT affinity, experience working with MS office Package
- A strong customer focus and an interest in day-to-day customer contact and problem solving, as well as initiative and the ability to work independently
