Job Description

  • Preparation of management accounts.
  • Customers Follow Up
  • Follow up on the collection of payments from (to) customers
  • Communicate with customers to collect checks and go after the collection whenever necessary
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company
  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
  • Enforces management decisions in coordination with other team members

Job Requirements

  • A background in marketing is a plus
  • The candidate must possess PR and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Presentation skills is an asset
  • Previous experience in the field of Customer Relations is an asset.
