Job Description
We are a Kids’ Apparel brand looking for an online sales representative to work for us. The candidate is expected to carry out the following roles and responsibilities:
- Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
- Keep track of inventory via internal company system.
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Deal with wholesale clients.
- Register daily transactions into our internal software.
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain excellent communication with our social media partners.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Job Requirements
The incumbent will
- Have excellent knowledge of the internet, especially social media platforms
- Have 2-3 years of experience.
- Have very good basic computer knowledge, i.e. excel, word…etc.
- Be able to regularly update our internal management system.
- Have basic accounting information.
- Have good command of English and Arabic languages.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Be enthusiastic to grow the business.
