Job Description
- Update Talent Acquisition policies and procedures
- Develop annual Manpower power planning
- Forecast the employees’ activities’ budget and forecast the recruitment’s activities budget ensuring their compliance with the overall department’s budget.
- Fulfill the manpower plan/needs through approving and implementing internships, hiring 100% of Manpower Plan with relevant KPIs) and Talent Acquisition sourcing via agencies, websites contracts, and Job fairs… etc.); through distributing responsibilities on the recruitment team, HR Operations, and HR Business Partner functions
- Manage the process of selecting, contracting and renewing the outsourcing providers through acquiring the offers, comparing and contrasting the offers; selecting the best deals in terms of costs and service offerings, and conducting/leading a meeting with the concerned parties
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Human Resources Certificate
- Certificate in the Competency Based Interviews
- Certificate in the Assessment Centers will be a plus
