Job Description
What You’ll Do
- You will be tasked with supporting the growth and creating a sustainable environment in Middle East & Africa
- Partner with the MEA HRBP to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc).
- Partner with all teams providing services to the employees: Recruitment, Contracts, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Training, and tie the delivery of services together for efficiencies and best employee experience
- Be knowledgeable about our business, get to know the teams and build understanding/ empathy for the challenges they face.
- Assist with manager effectiveness by educating them on people processes and providing coaching/ guidance to enable them to deliver these smoothly
- Partner with managers to understand the outcomes of employee surveys and assist them with the creation of action plans to address the most important issues
- Own and deliver people related projects in cooperation/ partnership with HR and other stakeholders
- Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR Generalist/junior HRBP experience in a Multi-National Company
- Meaningful understanding of local labour regulations governing customer support staff
- A history of providing HR consultation to leadership teams of high growth organisations
- Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR.
- Unquestioned integrity
- Excellent influencing skills and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Experience in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisions.
- Tenacity and ability to build processes, documentations etc from scratch are imperative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator
