Job Description
- Preparation of the periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance and ensure implementation
- Make sure the vehicles are ready daily and fit to work during the day
- Coordinate with the financial management and warehouse management for spare parts requests and always make sure that spare parts are available
- Coordination and follow-up of external maintenance work with different workshops
- Apply the company's policy in terms of security of personnel, equipment, and property of the company
- Review the vehicle expenses monthly and ensure the efficiency of operation
- Review the fuel consumption and ensure that it is requested at the right time
- Apply the company's quality service policy to customers
- Work the maintenance budget in coordination with the concerned departments
- Managing the technical office and receiving reports
- Ensuring application of asset management and maintenance systems data and accurate, timely data entry and reporting.
- Participating in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans.
- Using computerized systems to oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs.
- Controlling maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Improving health and safety policies and procedures.
- Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required
- 10+ years’ experience in a maintenance management role
- Excellent managerial skills
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
