Job Description

  • Calculate the maintenance invoices every quarter
  • Create & book the spare parts on oracle
  • Receive the P.Os and create the invoices
  • Create the quotation and send it to the customers then follow up with them
  • Send monthly report
  • Calculate the invoices and send it by mail
  • Follow up with customers about the payment
  • Follow up with finance department about invoices delivery and collection.
  • Follow up toner delivery with our runners.
  • Reminder mail with new quarterly maintenance invoices

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree of commerce or any other equivalent field.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in same activity is highly recommended
