Job Description
- Calculate the maintenance invoices every quarter
- Create & book the spare parts on oracle
- Receive the P.Os and create the invoices
- Create the quotation and send it to the customers then follow up with them
- Send monthly report
- Calculate the invoices and send it by mail
- Follow up with customers about the payment
- Follow up with finance department about invoices delivery and collection.
- Follow up toner delivery with our runners.
- Reminder mail with new quarterly maintenance invoices
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree of commerce or any other equivalent field.
- A minimum 2 years of experience in same activity is highly recommended
