Job Description
- Analyze media coverage to discover trends, insights, issues, performance or other developments of interest to the company's clients; identity and accurately summarize key topics of interest
- Produce high-quality client reports to tight deadlines; ensure reports are delivered on time and to client/contract specifications
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reports in term of data, formatting, and language
- Creating tables and charts to visualize data
- Work closely with the monitoring team to ensure accuracy and relevancy of search queries
- Liaise with the Coding team to plan workflows and ensure timely delivery of reports
- Coordinate with Client Services to regularly review and understand client requirements and ensure these are met
Job Requirements
- BA degree in mass communication, media, business admin or any related field
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Excellent writing skills
- Numerate - must be comfortable working with numbers
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, Powerpoint, and Excel in particular
- Strong research and analytical skills -
- Ability to absorb and synthesize large amounts of data
- Focused and detail oriented
