- Communicate with customers via phone and e-mail to review their information and update it on the system.
- Carry out Mass data system updates as necessary in line with defined data standards.
- Ensure compliance and consistency of master data management across business systems.
- Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed.
- Monitor and maintain the data management processes to support master data quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any relevant major.
- 0-3 years of experience preferably in call centers.
- Excellent phone etiquette and Communication skills.
- Very good in MS office.
- Good English proficiency.
