Job Description

Market and Marketing Management.

  • Manage the market research and analysis activates and setting the selling strategy.
  • Manage the Market Penetration plans and activates.
  • Products and branding techniques. (Start w/ a verb)

Clients Relationship Management:

CAFI

  • Manage the Relation with CAFI as main customer and increase the level of satisfaction.
  • Act as single point of contact with CAFI and represent Import and export team.

Clients

  • Build and effectively implement account management and review process that includes relevant accounts activities planning, reporting and review procedures.
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management model and relevant programs.
  • Act as second level of account management to clients.
  • To prepare and be fully competent in effectively and proactively presenting the benefits to potential clients despite the challenges to existing embedded processes.
  • Follow the registration process in the general tenders.
  • Responsible for and proactively drive the lead generation setting of appointments and meetings to progress these relationships.

Business Process Implementation and Improvement

  • Build the system, process and ensure effective and efficient implementation. (Build process KPI’s system and dash boards for performance visibility, monitoring and control. Continuously identify process areas of improvement and apply improvement action plans)

Contract Management:

  • Manage contracts with clients to ensure effective and efficient implementation and service delivery that is adaptable to the ever-changing working conditions and customer needs. (Isn’t there any specific accountabilities in the area of internal financial billing (between sister companies)? No input in evaluating penalties for example – or is it all done in finance?)

Team Management

  • Build the Team and develop their technical skills (Marketing and Sales) (Would like to emphasize and elaborate more in this part… structuring the team, assigning individual goals, managing IDPs, creating Job rotations for products, exposure to various industry know-how, setting compensation schemes, evaluate team member’s performance, create/manage external/extended sales force)

Reporting

  • Prepare and provide frequent reports to the top management to review the Commercial Sector performance. (and what about reporting to client)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Must to have academic degrees in Marketing.
  • At least 15 years of experience, five of them in managerial level.
