Job Description
- Review all expenses end of the month and assist business unit management in monitoring profitability
- Review daily income for each center for achievement budget
- Review all pending sales orders and support to solve and close it
- Review the performance of sales, expenses and manpower cost per locations
- Prepare the incentives for all employee and review the incentive policy
- Ensure all policies are implemented and all receivables are paid
- Prepare the new budget
- Make recommendations to management concerning such issues as budget, profitability and process improvement.
- Evaluate employees job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree of Commerce/MBA/business degree
- Required Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience in an established company preferably with corporate standard.
- Technological Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite/Oracle
- Language Requirements: Excellent command of English
