- Design, develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Estimate task time, at the beginning of each iteration to achieve accurate plans & accurate execution time.
- Collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.
- On time delivery of well-organized, optimized, and documented source code.
- Create and document software tools required by other developers.
- Troubleshoot issues and develop fixes for them
- Contribute to technical design documentation.

- Translate business requirements into software solution in a business effective way
- Produce qualified, secured and bug free software solution
- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
- Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
- Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with building world class c in React Native.
- Experience building world class mobile application for iOS and Android ecosystem, Understand Google and Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration.
- Familiarity with unit testing & integration test for mobile and web applications.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment for iterative project turnarounds on mission critical systems.
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter.
