Job Description
- Ensure highly organized export logistics and efficient operation functions.
- Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments originating in Egypt to destinations globally, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc.
- Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
- Produce labels and other documents for domestic shipments
- Transacting of daily shipments
- Preparing weekly and monthly shipping report to customize all shipments condition.
- Preparing the shipping declarations, booking of the containers, and managing all shipping details with shipping companies.
- Following up the order and do all the required customer service. responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of complete and correct
- Receives the export files from the Traffic Coordinator and prepares all the necessary documents required to clear Customs in the country of destination
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree
- Preferably to have a certification in Logistics
- From 2-5 years of experience with FMCG, or Food and Beverage industry
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good Knowledge in Exporting cycle as overall
- Good English reading, writing & speaking skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Nasr City, New Cairo, 10th of Ramadan, Belbies, Zagazig residents are preferred
