Job Description
Coordinate activities, communication with our North America (United States/Canada) based clients, software developers, designers, QA team and our management for execution of projects.
Job candidate is required to:
- Assist in monitoring SDLC (Software Development life cycle) and enhancing cycle efficiency.
- Assist in preparation and management of project scope and schedule and cost involving stakeholders.
- Assist in managing changes to project scope and schedule and cost
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Follow up and assist in measuring project performance.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Handle customer feedback and manage incidents.
- Management of creating comprehensive project and product documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in computer engineering, information technology, computer science or computer a related education.
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of project management and business analysis.
- Microsoft Team services/Team Foundation Server or Jira is an asset.
- Project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Software prototyping tools such as Axure, Just in mind and InVision is an asset.
- Project Management certification such as PMP, ACP or CSM is an asset.
- UML and database design.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very good communication skills.
