Job Description

  • Reports directly to HR manager.
  • Day to day Hiring procedures and functions
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules and working conditions.
  • Handles and resolves employees' issues and teacher Cases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and medical insurance will be a plus.
  • 3-4 years of experience preferred multinational background.
  • Perfect recruitment skills including job posts, Cvs scanning, setting interviews time and interviews management.
  • Previous experience in hiring English teachers or instructors in top International schools or good reputation English language Academies or Centers is preferred.
  • The chosen candidate should be a perfect recruitment specialist who is always ready for aggressive hiring plans.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Very good MS knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
