Account Executive
Summary
- Responsible for managing multiple accounts or large accounts in Innovation-PR the public relations and communications Agency. Launches and manages campaign work, delegates assignments to PR team, and ensures the needs of the client are met.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss goals, objectives, and needs.
- Identify public relations requirements and possible audiences.
- Design and implement the PR campaigns.
- Set deadlines.
- Kick off campaign.
- Present campaign ideas to client.
- Get budgets and ideas approved.
- Get the best quotes of subcontractors to support the agency's Client.
- Brief media, creative, and research staff.
- Formulate marketing strategies.
- Maintain regular contact with both PR staff and clients.
- Negotiate fees and hourly rates.
- Get approval for promotional work.
- Handle budgets and manage campaign costs.
- Invoice/Quote clients.
- Write detailed reports.
- Create focus groups.
- Identify new clients.
- Participate in creating and presenting pitches.
- Communicate and build marketing campaigns with business owners.
- Prospect, negotiate and close agreements.
- Sell multi-media advertising.
- Create marketing plans.
- Schedule advertisements for publications.
- Ensure revenue goals are met.
- Establish constant media relations with the journalists.
- Review all client reports
- Ensure the positive image of the Agency and the branding position.
- Assist in TV exposure for client.
- Support press events and roundtables
- Support the creation and development of special tasks internally
- Translate from English to Arabic.
Job Duties:
- Managing & monitoring the media relations as well as strategic scanning for market information.
- Supervising the weekly analysis & monthly evaluation report with PR & Marketing team.
- Managing all clients' requests related to communications and PR activities.
- Managing the creativity process.
- Attending all client meetings to stand on their PR plan's progress.
- Attending media interviews (spokespersons).
- Evaluating the media feedback regarding our PR activities. (Events, write-ups, social media, etc...).
- Creating press &TV interview opportunities for clients.
- Managing the press events & roundtables meetings.
- Maintaining an excellent relationships with key media persons (editor in chief & producers & Radio/TV Anchors)
- Managing client's presence in social networking including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
- Delivering a regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.
- Monitoring trends in social media tools, and applications.
- Ongoing follow up on crisis status.
- Arranging event setup (booking, production, Media Invitation, press kites, attendance and media coverage).
- Supervising write-ups and circulation process.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in the same field.
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH (Speaking And writing)
- Creativity and a passion for PR.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
