Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant for our office in Mohandiseen. Working for a top international executive search and senior recruitment firm, you will be exposed to the recruitment side of the business including all administrative work related to the business. You will gain an understanding of staffing and recruitment for the C-Level and top management positions.
Your responsibilities will include :
Office Administration:
- Handling Clients’ enquiries through phone calls & e-mails.
- Contacting potential candidates for interviews & follow ups.
- Updating AIMS website with our latest news.
- Updating vacancies through our job boards.
- Preparing & organizing the required documents for interviews & staff meetings.
- Updating the database with the new clients’ details on a weekly basis (For example: Client list, Potential Client List & Assignment Number. Etc...).
- Organizing, classifying, filing and downloading CVs.
- Updating the diary with appointments.
- Arrange zoom meetings.
Office Support:
- Scanning the requested documents (Ex: Contracts/ Job Description).
- Follow up with consultants of the current candidates’ status.
- Assist consultants & researchers with printing the required documents.
- Assisting with searching for CVs & documents on our database.
Job Requirements
- Candidates living in Giza area are preferred but not a must with 0-1 year of admin experience
- Very good - Fluent English is essential
