Senior Business Analyst

About the Job

We are now seeking more talented Software professionals, who have prior experience working (as a Software Business Analyst).

You will have awareness of Product Ownership and hands-on experience managing a product feature roadmap and dealing with customer stakeholders who use or want to customize the product.

Your experience includes working with Development teams and understanding the part you play in the SDLC – Software Development Life-Cycle. This means the role involves identifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.

You'll be at the forefront of that vision working to identify, capture and translate requirements and be supported by a team of highly experienced development professionals.

KEY Role :

• Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.
• Facilitate communication and awareness of the standards and quality expectations of the stakeholders
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
• Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
• Collaborate with the Development team to create documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document
• Assist with process modeling to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes
• Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
• Understand the business issues and data challenges of the company and our field
• Analyze and evaluate information and business process requirements
• Define project scope and translate user requirements to functional requirements through “Software Requirements Specifications” document and change requests documents
• Provide practical solutions that meet the business needs, comply with quality standards and technical requirements, and are consistent with the overall business operation model(s)
• Provide support and assistance to business testing and ensure the final solution meets the business needs in terms of quality, functionality, and ease of use
• Participate in user approval and oversee all development activities until successful delivery to the customer
• Perform analysis and provide solutions for integration between internal systems
• Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into design and implementation
• Coordinate with the Product Development team to formalize clear and to-the-point system features
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to help build testing cases and scenarios
• Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prioritizing user stories with key stakeholders
• Focusing the team on delivering product improvements
• Researching customer behavior/usage, and industry trends to guide the feature roadmap
• Analyzing data to find hidden insights for customers that can be leveraged to improve product offerings
• Prepare, influence, and maintaining the product roadmap
• Ensuring the quality of the deliverables through UAT & functional testing
• Writing user manuals, RFI, RFP
• Create the various modeling diagrams, (ERD, FHD, etc).
