House Keeping:

• Coordinate cleaning work
• Train new staff
• Manage storage
• Supervision work
• Purchasing cleaning appliance

Team Management:

• Ensure school standards and rules are clearly communicated and repeated.
• Give team feedback
• Ensure fair work conditions
• Ensure attendance and punctuality
• Keep team motivated
• Coordinating wit other department and with the management
