Job Description
School Kitchen and House keeping manager will be responsible for:
Catering tasks:
- Menu Planning
- Events Organizing
- Shopping Lists
- Cooking Supervision
- Quality Management
- Complaints Management
- Quantities Management
- Train new staff
- Purchasing Kitchen &food service appliance
House Keeping:
- Coordinate cleaning work
- Train new staff
- Manage storage
- Supervision work
- Purchasing cleaning appliance
Team Management:
- Ensure school standards and rules are clearly communicated and repeated.
- Give team feedback
- Ensure fair work conditions
- Ensure attendance and punctuality
- Keep team motivated
- Coordinating wit other department and with the management
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of Experience in Hotels, F&B or Clubs,
- Good English Language.
