Job Summary :
- Manage, plan, direct and coordinate the financial activities of the company at the highest level of management.
- In addition, supervise the IT activities and Legal affairs.
Manage internal control, cost control and cost efficiency processes and risk management initiatives. - Formulate and administer general accounting and financial practices throughout the company and ensure that accounting and other financial, budget and operating reports are accurate and released in a timely manner.
- Provide top management with reliable financial information necessary to control operations.
- Regular interaction and feedback to subordinates to support performance achievement of individual and company KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
- CPA, CMA, MBA is a plus
- 15+ years of experience in industry preferably in Automotive or similar Experience in accounting software budgetary control, data analysis and forecasting environment is a must.
- Hands on financial planning and treasury resourcing
- 5 years’ experience in a managerial position
- Management of information systems on several levels
- Solve problems while ensuring rules and directives are followed.
- Risk Management experience.
- Good knowledge in Computer and Ms office applications.
- Ability to direct an enterprise resource planning computerized system to obtain information from several sources to address present needs.
- People Management, Leadership capability
- Good Command in English Reading, writing and speaking
