Job Description
Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members. Tasks
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operation.

- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Contact potential Clients through (Emails-Mobile) to offer them Property Consultancy Services.
- Prepare for meetings, Presentations, company briefing, orientation and site visits.
- Meeting Clients and give them advice about the best recommendations for property investment
- Determine the client’s needs and financial abilities
Job Requirements
- Experienced as a sales team leader in the brokerage field
- Bachelor degree at least in any relevant studies.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
