Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Follow up on personnel tasks in sites to ensure that they adhere to company polices and procedures.
  • Records and Keeps accurate attendance records for all employees.
  • Consolidates monthly overtime activities and ensures compliance with internal policies.
  • Handles tracks and keeps accurate records of all employees’ vacation. Plans, consumption and balance in line with the legal requirements and internal regulations.
  • Collect the monthly Time Sheets from all departments.
  • Maintains employees' personal files, updates regularly and ensures that all documents are properly kept (employment contracts, hiring documents, social insurance forms, salary changes records, etc).
  • Send new hiring & resignation report at sites to Personnel Supervisor on time.
  • Performs other duties assigned by the personnel manager.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Good command of English (Oral/Written).
  • Communication Skills.
  • Time Management.
