Job Description
- Files information and job orders alphabetically, numerically and chronologically according to office procedure to maintain organized and accurate filling system; locates and retrieves files from manual or computerized systems to provide requested information; photocopies files as requested.
- Schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries and medical consultations.
- Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence, using typewriter or personal computer.
- Answer telephones, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Receive and route messages and documents such as laboratory results to appropriate staff.
- Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Receives payments from customers
- Interview patients in order to complete documents, case histories, and forms such as intake and insurance forms
- Receives feedback from physicians and conveys negative feedback to the quality manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or an equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years experience required.
- Good in English.
- Good in Microsoft office.
- Have ability to learn.
