Job Description
- Prospecting and cultivating client relationships in the market.
- Working with the analyst team and managing the deal process and mentoring more junior team members
- Preparation of Quarterly Summary Reports, Annual Financial Reviews, accurate Risk Ratings, and other tasks required to manage the overall relationship
- Lead team of client-facing CRM’s to align Enterprise strategy, business strategy and real estate strategy and solutions.
- Foster effective relationships with and engage key business leaders to understand business strategies, drivers, and requirements.
- Identify opportunities to drive cash value added Business and Functional synergies, increase portfolio and operating efficiencies, decrease operating costs, and provide an enhanced, dynamic and functional real estate environment.
- Manage annual client occupancy cost budgets and capital planning process in conjunction with the Directors of Real Estate Strategy & Implementation and Finance, respectively, to ensure efficient and effective use of capital.
- Prepare and present business cases to the executive committees as required.
- Meeting with customers to maintain strong customer relationships
- Learning and maintaining in depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, finance,
- 10+ years of relationship management experience, commercial real estate experience, or a combination of both
- Develop and communicate messages to appropriate audiences, track and manage progress, and deliver consistent results
- Strong presentation skills and an effective leadership presence
- Ability to understand and solve diverse and complex issues
