Main Job Duties:
- Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to top management.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Chemical engineering, Chemistry or Business Administration
- At least 3 years experience in a Sales/ Marketing
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Must be analytical, creative minded and result oriented, self motivated and confident personality with excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
- All candidates must have flexibility to travel extensively
- Male candidates must have completed their military obligations
- Able to travel across Tehran and within the country - Occasionally Turkey
