About Jobs :

  • Daily secretarial tasks.
  • Dealing with computer programmes, ex: excel, word, IT programmes and applications.
  • Dealing with clients and customers.
  • Events planning and organization.
  • Create and update records database with personal, financial and other data.
  • Drafting emails and taking dictation.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Languages: English or French.
