- We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing &Social Media Specialist to join our team.
- As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
- You will have the opportunity to provide consulting services to our client part of the consulting team.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing and branding strategy.
- Utilize social media to implement marketing and branding strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Create, manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Provide constructive feedback
Job Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, branding and social media
- Social Media Strategist using different channels for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, web traffic metrics,CRO and SEO
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations or relevant field
