  • We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing &Social Media Specialist to join our team.
  • As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
  • You will have the opportunity to provide consulting services to our client part of the consulting team.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing and branding strategy.
  • Utilize social media to implement marketing and branding strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Create, manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Provide constructive feedback

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, branding and social media
  • Social Media Strategist using different channels for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, web traffic metrics,CRO and SEO
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations or relevant field
