Job Description

This start-up has been operating for two years as a full-service property management solution and a leading holiday home operator in Egypt. The Company’s main goal is to achieve higher yields on property investment through an upscale hospitality service in order to empower homeowners to make the most of their real estate asset through high levels of occupancy and seasonal rates.

  • Responsible for maximizing revenues & occupancy rates
  • Responsible for coordinating marketing & promotional activities to meet guests' needs
  • Working closely with other hotel staff to ensure guests are satisfied with the facilities and their time there
  • Monitor customer reviews on booking sites to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your properties
  • Identify new booking platforms and list properties across different booking platforms
  • Create new relationships with corporate bodies and other organizations
  • Identify market trends that may influence demand on different products and services
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of repeat business
  • Review future booking levels to plan dates for promotions to increase occupancy rates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field is strongly desired but not necessary
  • Minimum 3 years related experience marketing, advertising or public relations, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
  • Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values
  • An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Opera, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred
  • Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • Must be a self-starter and create tasks for him/herself rather than wait to be given tasks
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English & Arabic
