Job Description
Sales Executive is the key point of contact between INEC & our clients. You will act as a link between our sales team & our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales executive, you should have excellent communication & negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs & facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to increasing sales revenue & maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard. Recognize the needs of the customers & provide detailed information about technical specifications products/services offered by the company.
- Act as point of contact for clients
- Receive customer’s requests through all channels (phone, e-mail, fax...).
- Clarifying customer technical requirements & recommend the appropriate products and solutions.
- Ensure profit & time requirements are met
- Maintaining sales records
- Follow up new tenders & preparing offers & proposals
- Demonstrate product features.
- Advise on appropriate user training
- Negotiate a commercial agreement
- Searching for best offer from vendors
- Maintain awareness & keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems & peripherals.
- Writing reports & sales admin work as required
- Stay up-to-date with new features, product launches & market trend providing recommendations for purchasing.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales & improve customer experience.
Job Requirements
- 3 years work experience as a Sales executive preferred in computer, printers, net solutions, technology, electronics.
