Job Description

Job Purpose

Help expand our business and improve our branding initiatives by being responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies. Analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks.

 Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify prospects.
  • Cold emailing and cold calling.
  • Make verbal presentations to prospects.
  • Ability to work on data management and analysis.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Identifying and developing new lines of business based on industry behavior
  • Assists the business development division in all phases of business development; Working closely with the departments throughout the sales process
  • Acts as a liaison for the team with other divisions in the company.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Support business development and knowledge management initiatives, including tracking funding opportunities through Salesforce and other management tools.
  • Manage contract generation process and draft proposals (later stage)

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Graduate
  • Experience and knowledge of the “Business Process Outsourcing” industry.
  • Sales experience with a good track record.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate -expert use of MS program especially PPT, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong Business English & Arabic communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
