Job Description

  • Handle all HR fields (Recruiting, Training, Payroll).
  • Preparing and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Implementing organization’s recruiting strategy. Interviewing applicants. Administering pre-employment tests. Employee records.
  • Processing employees allocation and terminations.
  • Analyzing job duties. Job descriptions. Performing job evaluations and job analyses.
  • Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
  • Responsible for the Payroll.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Master degree or Diploma in HR is a plus.
  • 2-4 Years of Experience in human resources.
  • Good planning, highly organization skills with Innovative mindset.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (written/spoken).
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Nasr City, Sheraton, Heliopolis resident or surrounding.
