Leading Teams
- Target Oriented.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operation
- Contact potential Clients through (Emails-Mobile) to offer them Property Consultancy Services
- Prepare for meetings, Presentations, company briefing, orientation and site visits
- Meeting Clients and give them advise about the best recommendations for property investment
- Determine client’s needs and financial abilities
- Negotiate about the best paying scheme that suits the client.
- Handling paperwork from presentations purchase agreements, closing statements to contracts.
- Always seeking new leads
- Study Clients life style getting near to their needs
- Updating database with new clients and previous status.
Job Requirements
- Residents from New Cairo, Nasr City, Maadi , Heliopolis or nearby areas
- Owning a car is a must
- Proven experience in sales with good records in achieving team targets.

- Experience using computers, Microsoft Office, Google sheets and CRM solutions
