Job Description
- Work with head of user research to develop and advocate appropriate research strategies to understand user needs for a service, and to continually test and improve the service
- Foster a culture of team involvement in user research, team analysis, design rationale and decision making based on user needs
- Prepare and run user research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement of digital services.
- Run contextual and discovery research to develop a deep understanding of the needs of all users of products.
- Coordinate the usability and accessibility testing process from recruiting participants, designing test tasks, and preparing discussion guides, to test moderation, analysis and presenting results.
- Execute and analyze quantitative surveys and drive research data and synthesis findings to assure research is shareable and traceable.
- Communicate user research findings to the product management team and the wider, to share a strong understanding of users.
- Work closely with product managers to turn user research findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable product features.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s / License’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience
- Solid knowledge in user platform research tools and analysis
- Good Command of MS Office
