Job Description
- Conduct financial analyses for feasibility studies using the established financial models and assumptions.
- Participate in building feasibility studies for the potential development projects of THE COMPANY based on the guidance and inputs provided by the Development teams.
- Conduct analyses of financial sources for project financing.
- Continuously update financial models and assumptions in line with changes and updates on projects.
- Conduct an initial review of project expenses against budgets.
- Analyze the financial performance of projects following the established models and frameworks.
- Assist in performing fundamental and statistical investment analysis for potential investment opportunities, including basic investment computations (i.e., return multiples, correlations, volatility analysis, attribution analysis, etc.).
- Participate in validating new investment opportunities in alignment to THE COMPANY's strategic objectives, and create feasibility and cost/benefit analysis for evaluating different opportunities and options.
- Coordinate with all investment related parties, Investment banks, Legal advisors, Investee companies management, etc.
- Review all potential investments (Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, etc), conduct the related feasibility analysis, and advise accordingly
- Follow up on financial & legal due diligence process on potential transactions.
- Develop reports regarding project and investment performance in line with the established reporting framework.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a relevant discipline.
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the field of investments
