Job Description
- Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives
- Developing and overseeing and marketing campaigns, conducting research and analyzing data to define campaign performance.
- Conducting competitive analysis to see what other real estate develops are doing in the market.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
- Developing and managing engaging, creative, innovative content on social media channels, working closely with team members to reach optimum customer engagement and customer satisfaction. The job role includes the creation of contents that drives their brand and engages the customer.
- Keep up to date with any social media trends.
- Great knowledge of SEM and SEO with experience managing ad campaigns across search engines.
- Evaluating marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies.
- Organizing events and developing photo shoots to enhance our library.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, table tents, this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaise with designers and printers.
- Developing post events report measuring the success of the events.
- Working closely with both the offline & online agencies on day to day basis to manage all tasks.
- Creating status reports to highlight all ongoing tasks & deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in the same field. (Preferred Universities: MIU, AUC, GUC, & MSA)
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on experience in marketing & events coordination.
- Real Estate background is preferable.
- MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Internet
- Numerical skills
