Job Description
- Document control for all documents all over the hospital according to the document control p& p and instructions to write p &p.
- Note down minutes of Quality Council Committees.
- Note down minutes & tasks for Quality internal meetings.
- Open, sort incoming memos, submissions, letters & emails and reports in order to determine their significance.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word & excel processing, spreadsheet and/or presentations software.
- Internal hard & soft filing, and retrieving quality documents, records and reports.
- Arranging quality committees and meetings timings for avoiding conflicting times members, distributing terms of references, following up convening the committees, collecting minutes, extracting decisions out of minutes, & send to concerned departments for following up with decisions fulfilled & reasons of pended ones.
- Support other staff regarding applications of quality concepts in their departments.
- Explain for externals any dined commands or rules coming out of the department.
- Wording & framing emails, memos , schedules& correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Following up with departments responses to Quality Department requests & time table & schedules.
- Compliance with ISO 9001 Standard.
Job Requirements
Competency:
- Education: University degree or an equivalent related studies.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Training : BLS - ISO awareness Session.
- Skills : English Language – Computer Office – Communication Skills.
