Provides software related custom integration and implementation support of DELL EMC products at customer sites involving unique environments and configurations; this may include pre-site inspection, initial installation, troubleshooting, implementation, customization, integration, and product orientation for the customer.
Installs Dell EMC products (Servers, blade & storage). Demonstrate system capabilities, review software operation and management tools, and provide information to customer concerning the operation and use of DELL EMC products.
Provides proactive recommendations to the customer for improving their use of DELL EMC storage solutions to help maximize their satisfaction with DELL EMC. Actively contributes to the configuration, layout and performance tuning of DELL EMC products.
Support and maintain DELL EMC technology Products. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading (Servers, blade & storage). The individual will also troubleshoot problem and provide end user training and assistance where required. Additionally, this person will supervise the hardware team and provide support, monitoring, and training.

Bachelor of computer science/engineering
Strong Conversational English skill both oral and written.
3-7 years hardware/software support experience
Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
Demonstrated Knowledge in Host-based Migrations.
Hands on experience with DELL EMC and/or Vendor storage technologies
Demonstrated knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies including SNMP, IP.
Fiber Channel SAN Experience (using Cisco/Brocade solutions)
Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
A demonstrated positive and proactive approach.
Preferred Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies, Can influence others to achieve results, DELL EMC Storage related knowledge and certification.
