Job Description
- Overseeing compliance with standard operating procedures
- Improvement projects coordination and follow up through quality tools and methodologies.
- Performance control responsibilities:
- Plan and help in data Aggregation, supervision and analysis.
- Keep monitoring of performance indicators “information Interpretation, Creation and monitoring of deteriorated indicators action plan for improvement”
- Performance indicators auditing and validation.
- Manage and coordinate all quality aspects of Hospital performance.
- Training for staff on the quality concepts and policies and procedures.
- Assessment and overseeing compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Follow up Implementing the Standards inside the hospital.
- Communicating results with the hospital and corporate management.
- Revising all departments’ manuals regarding quality issues.
- Suggests recommendations for improvements and communication with relevant departments.
- Help in creation of the hospital policies, procedures, and other documents to standardize the work all over the hospital in compliance with standards.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in the medical field (e.g. physician, pharmacist, dentist), High Degree in quality management science.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Training : Healthcare Quality Courses. E.g. Six sigma, ISO AuditingHe
- Skills : Computer “Word, Visio, Excel, Power Point, Access, Communication skills are required.
