Job Description
- creating comprehensive customer profiles and effective customer acquisition or retention strategies.
- increasig customer awareness of Philips’ evolving products and services in the informatics domain.
- engaging with customers and develop stakeholder relationships to build a sales funnel, and facilitate the sales process until deal closure and hand-over to operations.
- uncovering and developing customer's decision criteria, analyze competitive offerings and influence the ultimate decision-making process.
- identifying cross-sell, up-sell, and service sales in existing installed base to address customer needs.
- leading the pre-sales stages of opportunities by providing deep & effective presentations with a focus on customer needs and defined solutions.
- driving demand generation and ensuring that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, market share, and Integral Gross Margin (IGM).
- positively contributing to multi-functional and multi-geographical team dynamics as well as coordinate people and resources to create a compelling customer value proposition
Job Requirements
- Masters Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Clinical Practice or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in healthcare technology.
- Advanced knowledge of the healthcare environment in general, and specifically the healthcare IT market, solutions, trends and competitive landscape.
- Requires a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with specialized knowledge in Radiology, Cardiology and Oncology.
- Confident in establishing relationships and influencing at the C-suite level
- Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to create collaboration, gain agreement and translate complex ideas/issues into compelling plans and fast execution.
- Able to work under pressure meeting competing deadlines
- Fluent in English, verbal and written. Arabic preferred.
