Job Description

  • Controls and manage the strategic and operational management of buildings, plants, distribution centers, Stores & facilities to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all its physical aspects, creating, sustaining safe and productive environments for residents& labors.
  • Establishes Full Facilities management plans (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Catering) and track the corrective action to make sure the SLA achieved for in house team and outsourcing companies.
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues, check electrical and mechanical systems for the buildings and retail branches to ensure functionality.
  • Allocate workload for the Supervisors.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary in addition to controlling maintenance budget and expenses.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Obtain and follow up of the maintenance logs updated and prepare the daily activity reports.
  • Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
  • Manage the procurement and contract processes, direct the work with consultants and contractors.
  • Assign and classify space according to standards and procedures.
  • Maintains information or data on new constructions, renovations, and various remodeling.
  • Design and implement new to cover projects.
  • Establish budgets for renovation and new projects.
  • Responsible for all building assets; including our stores at Union Group.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 - 12 years in the engineering field.
  • Relevant industry experiences a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Procurement.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
  • HSE working knowledge.
