Job Description
- Create new employee personnel files and file papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Keeps employee records up to date by processing status changes on time.
- Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
- Conducts new hire orientation
- Prepares new-hire paperwork.
- Maintains HR information system records and compiles reports from the database.
- Manages and tracks all employee disciplinary action.
- Manages employee benefits of medical insurance and its referral
Job Requirements
- University degree in a relative field
- 3+ years of experience in the same field
- Human Resources/ Diploma is plus.
- Very good command with the English language
- Excellent in Microsoft office programs
- High level of communication skills
