Job Description

  • Create new employee personnel files and file papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Keeps employee records up to date by processing status changes on time.
  • Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • Prepares new-hire paperwork.
  • Maintains HR information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Manages and tracks all employee disciplinary action.
  • Manages employee benefits of medical insurance and its referral

Job Requirements

  • University degree in a relative field
  • 3+ years of experience in the same field
  • Human Resources/ Diploma is plus.
  • Very good command with the English language
  • Excellent in Microsoft office programs
  • High level of communication skills
