About the job:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on developing and monitoring all aspects of communication with our customers. Ensuring that the team is delivering the correct tone, message and solutions to each brand.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow up problems
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Create customer service scripts, procedures and protocols.
- Drive engagement to customer experience
- Identify and understand a variety of different customer groups and communicate with them effectively.
- Maintain timely communication with other departments in regard to customer feedback.
- Monitor new trends that may improve customer service efficiency.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree required
- 5 years experience in consumer service (GCC / E-Commerce)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent Experience with CRM
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Capable of setting priorities, meeting determined deadlines and multi-tasking. Strong initiative and pro-active mindset
- Strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills with particular attention given to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task.
