Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manage the complete Design Process activities for the new Hotel project.
- Identify and Manage Projects' Scope.
- Conduct project Studies.
- Develop and Control schedules of design activities.
- Evaluate and Award Design Packages to international and local consultants / Designers and manage the contractual process.
- Manage ID, lighting, landscape and special consultants (SPA, Health & Safety, security, F&B…etc.)
- Manage FFE & OSE process in coordination with Procurement and Hotel operation teams.
- Identify Procurement packages and report progress of procurement plan.
- Liaise with Hotel Operation to ensure Design compliance with standards and guidelines.
- Control Quality of deliverables by performing scheduled check and conduct coordination meeting between Different consultants and Revise BOQ’s and specifications to ensure compliance with the design drawings.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree in architecture preferable from GUC/AUC.
- More than 15 years of experience
- Must have a relevant experience in design management at least the past 3 years with a reputable developers and/or in high volume design/ consultancy firms preferably in 5 stars hotel projects.
- Project management or additional management degree/certificate are preferred.
- BIM understanding and experience is preferred.Design
