Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Your role will be seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
  • You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Business Developer, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
  • You must be friendly, persuasive, patient, cool-tempered, able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
