Job Description

  • Responsible for selling company products and services
  • Create new opportunities and deals
  • Provide customers with quotations as per requested specifications
  • Maintain long term relationship with the existing customers
  • Deliver Sales Presentations to high level executives
  • Maintain after sales services with the customers
  • Handle all sales operation process inside the company
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face and online meetings
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive analysis, and potential products and services
  • Follow-up with the Technical team
  • Update all the active and maintain the details on the Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with the CEO.
  • Collaborate with CEO to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses and recommend economies.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures to ensure that they are communicated and implements within the team and the staff.
  • Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Collaborate closely with the top Management on developing new products and services for our clients.
  • Perform any additional duty as required and assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in the field of Information Technology.
  • Bachelor degree is a must, any additional certificates is a plus.
  • Fluent in English Verbally and Orally.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and ‘people skills'.
  • Confidence and motivation.
  • Determination and the drive to work towards targets.
  • The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • The resilience to deal with customers who turn you down.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets.
  • Good business sense and a professional manner.
