Job Description
- Manage the sourcing process to meet manpower plan requirements.
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
- Screen resumes versus job descriptions.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
- Conduct face to face interviews and evaluate the selected candidates.
- Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.
- Send job offer emails to accepted candidates.
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in,
workstation, email address, providing orientation information packets, reviewing firm policies gathering withholding and other payroll details). - Preparing and issuing employment contracts to new employees.
- Conduct exit interviews.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites).
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent communication and Time-management skills.
- Preferred who has worked on Telecommunication Industry.
- Preferred who has worked on manpower over 2000 employee.
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
