Job Description

  • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate office
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
  • Operate our access control system according to our policies
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets and manage the visitor policy
  • Managing the booking of meeting rooms.
  • Printing all required documents.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good English is a MUST.
  • Males only.
  • Very Good communications skills.
  • Very Good Problem Solving and Analytical solving.
  • Excellent Monitoring skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
  • Graduates only.
  • Minimum 6 months Experience call center.
  • Good knowledge of MS office and Google Sheets.
