Job Description

ROWAAD is looking for people who want to start a career. Your path within the organization starts in Customer Support. How high you climb in the company is up to you.
We currently have a full time position available at our Nacr City office.

Job Description:

  • Supports Level I technical support issues via telephone, email support, and chat.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate and educate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Skill in the use of personal computers, mobile devices and related software applications.
  • Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems and standards.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • General knowledge of the Internet including how to utilize search engines to troubleshoot.
  • General knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows, Macintosh, Linux.
  • General knowledge of Email clients: Outlook, Webmail cPanel, etc.
  • Knowledge and ability to use Internet Browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
  • Familiarity with ( HTML , PHP , FTP . DNS , Domains , cPanel).
  • Familiarity with Web forums, blogs or vBulletin boards
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Knowledge of technology field and specially Web hosting solutions
  • An excellent computer skill is a must.
